Security:

Dark Bolt takes several measures in place to ensure the security of its user’s data and takes all necessary measures for data security. This includes making sure all data is stored behind a firewall, and can only be accessed by authorized personnel who have a genuine need for the data in their work and storing the data in secure digital and physical environments. Data is only shared with the Google Play Approved Ad Networks service we are using. Even then we make sure it maintains privacy and security as described in its Privacy Policy.

Optional Profile:

Our games may allow the user to create an optional profile. This profile will enable the users to access advanced features in the app such as participating in a public leaderboard or communicating directly with other players. The creation of this profile is entirely optional and not a requirement to play the game. Creating the profile will require additional information from the user such as a username and age. The username will be public but the visibility of other details can be made visible or invisible via in-game settings.

Payment Data:

Our games have various in-app purchases. These may include virtual currency, in-game items that enrich gameplay or removing ads from the competition. Complete these purchases require the services of our payment processing partners. They will require your complete credit card information, name, billing and payment address, and other relevant details to complete the transaction.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy:

We may retain any personal information you have voluntarily submitted to us for as long as needed to address the relevant issue. Once we can reasonably ensure that the information will not be needed to address the relevant issue for which the personal information had been submitted, the information will be deleted from our records.
